Cheryl Timuk was discovered to be a Cylon when a (deceased) identical copy was found during the salvage operation on board the Hephaestus. At that point she was being held by the Civilian authorities on charges of murdering twin sisters, Alina and Jasmine Graff. She apparently had no idea that she was a cylon.
