"Those Who Tresspass Against Us"   Season 1, Episode 3
  Exodus +206

The Battlestar Myriad, crippled during the recent Cylon attack, is in desperate need of repair with resources that don’t exist. Duvali’s recon turns up only one option: scavenging the wreck of the Battlestar Hephaestus, destroyed during the initial Cylon holocaust. Unfortunately, the wreck is for some reason guarded by a Basestar and several wings of Raiders. With the Myriad operating at a fraction of normal strength, a strike seems futile until Stanton comes up with an audacious plan to use the captured Foxbat to sneak a nuclear warhead onto the sentinel Basestar.

Meanwhile, the Fleet Council clashes over the formation of a legal system and resolves to form a Justice Commission. In response to worsening supply crises, empty hangars on the Myriad are retrofitted with hydroponic equipment. During Jena Dorian's interrogation of Chief Tyler, or Leoben as he wishes to be known, he is able to take her weapon and kills himself, but not before she learns that there are twelve Cylon models. Commander Darius shortly thereafter nails the Cylon’s corpse to the front of the vessel and clashes with Stanton and Dorian over the backlash of bad morale.

As the news ripples through the fleet, Althea Ward and Nicholai Crane investigate the murder of twins on board the Helios Refinery. They apprehend the culprit, Sheryl Timuc, but the case is not closed yet...
